Lever block is equipped with a two-stage gear transmission mechanism and a "free braking" system for quick positioning of the lower hook.
The main operation steps are as follows:
Fast reverse operation
The SCT selector lever (50) to the "N" position, rotate the handwheel (27) counterclockwise, and when the handwheel stops, the brake is released, making it easy to pull the load chain by hand and adjust the bottom hook to the desired position.
The lifting load
Set the steel plate lever to the "up" position. Turn the handwheel clockwise and when it stops, the load chain tightens and the brake engages so that the handle can be operated by hand (22) and the load is lifted. Place the selector lever in the "down" position and move the handle up and down to reduce the load and finish the work.
